This series consists of agency fire reports. Included with the reports are maps, correspondence, and fire prevention plans. Entries on the report forms for each fire incident include the name of the reservation; the name of the fire; the fire report number; the district and physical location; the start point and class of the fire; the date; and a description of the fire behavior, physical conditions, accessibility and manpower, area burned, resources used, and expenditures. The following agencies are represented within this series: Cheyenne River, Fort Berthold, Pierre Indian School, Pine Ridge, Rosebud, Sisseton, Standing Rock, Turtle Mountain, and Winnebago.
